Events

Show up. Bring someone with you.

Our events raise scholarship funds, connect local organizations, and remind people that recovery happens in community.

Holiday events

Give back this holiday season.

Recovery is about community. This season we're feeding neighbors and lifting up families — and we need you.

Thanksgiving: Feed the Homeless

Monthly workshops

Heal the body. Heal the mind.

Two free monthly gatherings — one that gets you moving, one that gets you honest. Both are open to anyone in recovery and the people who love them.

Physical & mental health workshop

Last Saturday of every month

12:00 PM (noon)

Omni Fight Club, Roswell, GA

Strong body, steady mind. We train together — a real workout, scaled for every fitness level — then cool down into a facilitated support circle where the same people who just sweated beside you talk honestly about recovery. No experience needed. No cost to attend.

Breaking Free: A Recovery Workbook for Facing Codependence by Pia MellodyOur workbook

Codependency workshop

Last Sunday of every month

Guided by our founder, Chelzzz

Addiction never hurts just one person. This monthly workshop is a safe, judgment-free room for partners, parents, siblings and friends — and for anyone in recovery learning where they end and someone else begins. Led personally by our founder, we work through boundaries, enabling, guilt and self-worth, and leave with tools you can actually use at home.

We work from Pia Mellody's Breaking Free: A Recovery Workbook for Facing Codependence. Grab a copy before you come — or just show up and we'll get you started.

Suggested reading

Work the pages between meetings.

These are the books we actually use in our workshops and hand to families. Every one of them is a working tool, not a lecture — pick up whichever one meets you where you are.
