Recovery housing & aftercare

Recovery housing assistance and aftercare support.

Leaving treatment is one of the riskiest moments in recovery. A safe place to live and steady support afterward can make the difference.

How it works

From treatment to a stable home.

1

Treatment first

Our program supports up to 30 days of treatment through scholarships and placement help, based on eligibility and available funding.

2

Recovery housing

After treatment, we work to connect people with up to 90 days of recovery housing so they don't go straight back to the environment they left.

3

Aftercare

Ongoing check-ins, peer and family support, and referrals to meetings and mental health care help recovery hold after the first months.

What is recovery housing?

Recovery housing (often called sober living) is a substance-free home where people in early recovery live together, follow house rules, and support each other while they rebuild work, family and daily routines. It is not a treatment center, but it works best alongside aftercare such as meetings, counseling and mental health support.

Who can ask for help?

Anyone nationwide who is completing or has recently completed addiction treatment and needs a safe place to live. Help depends on eligibility and available funding — we can't promise a bed for everyone, but we will always help you look at your options.
